A new little quirk is emerging with my pup - who once upon a time was not into being cuddled - but now seems to quite enjoy being loved up against me. I'm not sure where that impulse is coming from, but I certainly don't mind it.
The quirk is further more...quirky... because it seems that he thinks he cannot sit on the couch unless I am sitting on the couch with him. When I sit anywhere but the couch, he stands nearby me and stares pointedly at me - until I move to the couch. Sometimes there is even some crying involved...
Of course - as soon as I get on the couch - he climbs right up beside me and is perfectly content. Perfectly content to sit like an absolute weirdo.
